On Wednesday March 6th and Thursday the 7th, HF 3339 and SF 3351 passed through both house and senate commerce committees. We will be moving forward into health finance committees in the coming weeks!

WHO WE ARE:
MSOPP intends to foster communication regarding legislative efforts that will have a positive impact on residents of Minnesota needing orthotic, prosthetic and pedorthic services. This includes legislative initiatives regarding insurance fairness, licensure and facility accreditation, all with the ultimate goal of enhancing patient access to qualified professionals. Educational and public awareness efforts are also within the scope of activities of MSOPP, with direct benefit to all practitioners within the profession. We welcome all points of view, and encourage open communication among all interests and locations within Minnesota.
